Good news for players of Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege will be free to download for whatever platform you're playing on (PC, PS4 or Xbox One) starting from August 28 and lasting for a whole week. As all maps, modes, and operators will be available, it won't be a truncated version of the game either.

Rainbow Six Siege may have made its debut in 2015, but a steady array of updates and expansion packs (from adding dozens of carriers and frequent community activities) expanded the playability of the game and kept gamers engaged. Ubisoft even said they want to keep updating the game instead of releasing a sequel, indicating that it might even be endorsed on the next generation of consoles (yup, Siege might be on Xbox Project Scarlett and PS5).
